Job Vacancy: Car Park Attendant in Stratford

We are currently seeking to recruit a reliable, hardworking, flexible team player to work as a Car Park Attendant at the Stratford Car Park which we operate on behalf of the London Borough of Newham.
As a Car Park Attendant your duties will include patrolling the car park and issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’S) to vehicles that are parked in contravention of these restrictions. You may also be required to provide assistance in using ticket machines, and complete basic housekeeping tasks such as litter picking.
You will need to have good oral communication skills, which will be demonstrated by good customer service as you will be required to deal with the public face-to-face on a daily basis. As this role requires you to complete paperwork regarding the issuing of Penalty Charge Notices, you will also need to have good written communication skills.
As you will be working with cash, any offer of employment will be subject to criminal record and credit checks.
Reporting to the Car Park Supervisor, working hours are 48 hours per week on a varied shift pattern which will include night shifts. Uniform and training will be provided.
