Careers and Training

VINCI Park has progressive employment policies, with structured training and development programmes to encourage continuous personal improvement and career progression. In 2003 we launched the VINCI Improvement Path (VIP) training programme to meet the constant moving dynamics of the parking industry. The VIP’s modular approach to training offers nationally recognised qualifications (primarily NVQs), taught by qualified training officers, which are transferable within and outside our industry.

We provide training in the following areas:
  • car park attendant
  • on-street parking attendant 
  • supervisory and management
  • disability awareness
  • CCTV enforcement
  • health & safety, including fire safety
  • risk management and dealing with conflict
  • management skills and customer care
  • notice processing
  • cash management
