We now have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and flexible team player to join our Bexley Contract as Civil Enforcement Officer.
VINCI Park is Europe’s leading parking Services Company, a subsidiary of international construction and concessions specialist VINCI. We provide parking and traffic management services to public and private sector clients across the UK.
As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing the On Street Parking Regulations for our Bexley contract and for issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) to offending vehicles where necessary.
You will need to possess good oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing with members of the public on a daily basis and recording information regarding the area patrolled and issuing PCN’s. You will also need to be able to use your initiative, work with minimum supervision and able to follow procedures and guidelines. A full, clean, driving licence is preferred.
You will also need problem solving capabilities in sometimes stressful situations. If you enjoy working outdoors and enjoy meeting people then this may be the position for you.
Reporting to the Supervisors, working hours are 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 7.00am to 23.00pm Monday – Saturday, working 5 days over 6. You will need to have a flexible attitude to your working hours as some Sunday and Bank Holiday working may be required.
