Employee Profiles
Heena Hirani, Technical Training OfficerHeena’s journey with VINCI Park is one of self-discovery and giving to others.
Heena joined VINCI Park in 2003 as a Notice Processing Clerk. Her line manager recognised her potential and encouraged her to apply for a training vacancy that became available. Heena was successful and took up the position in May 2004. She began the one-year training course to gain a Certificate in Training Practice, during which time she also gained valuable hands-on experience. She is now a qualified NVQ Assessor and has developed several successful training projects including our buddy trainer scheme.
Heena enjoys helping others develop their potential, which is great because she is one of the few people who meets every new person who joins VINCI Park. She relishes the flexibility and variety in her job, and is constantly looking for ways to adapt and improve our training programmes. In fact, her passion gained VINCI Park recognition at the British Parking Awards when we won The Training Award for our programme in Leicester.
Rob Turner, Contract Manager
Rob joined VINCI Park as a Car Park Attendant in 2002 and his dedication has seen him rise rapidly through the ranks. Within six months he was promoted to Senior Car Park Attendant, and when VINCI Park took on the contract at Broadgreen Hospital, Rob was appointed Contract Supervisor and played a key role in its implementation. When the position of Contract Manager became available in March 2007, Rob was the obvious choice. Rob enjoys leading the team and describes them as happy and supportive.
