Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility
As a car park management company operating in the transport industry, VINCI Park are keenly aware that we have a responsibility to our environment, both physical and social.We strive to find innovative ways to reduce the negative impacts of car transport on the environment, and to contribute positively to our communities.
Charities play an important social role, providing people with opportunities and a better future. As an organisation we support a national charity each year, helping them to make a real difference. We aim to contribute more than just finance; our staff, at all levels, are encouraged to get involved, through volunteer work and fundraising.
For 2008/09 our staff voted to support unpaid carers by choosing The Princess Royal Trust for Carers. Through this partnership we are proud to support the Trust’s mission to make a positive difference to the lives of six million unpaid carers throughout the UK.
As part of the worldwide VINCI Group, we also embrace the values of the VINCI Foundation. The Foundation aims to foster greater social cohesion by supporting citizen initiatives and projects that help socially excluded people gain employment.
