VINCI Park shortlisted for EPA

VINCI Park has been shortlisted for a European Parking Award at the biennial event which takes place in Turin in September. The nomination in the On-Street Parking category celebrates one of VINCI Park’s longest standing Local Authority relationships with Watford Borough Council.

Quality performance coupled with the highest levels of service delivery has resulted in VINCI Park retaining the contract with Watford Borough Council for over ten years. The contract services Watford Borough Council and also the neighboring boroughs of Dacorum Borough Council and Three Rivers District Council.

In addition to the contract servicing three boroughs from one main contract base, its other unique identifier is its Parking Shop, which was extensively refurbished to improve customer service across the borough.

This recent nomination builds on previous industry recognition; at the last European Parking Awards in 2009 VINCI Park won the Innovation Award for its introduction of mobility scooters at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee

Phillip Herring, Commercial Director, VINCI Park UK, comments:

"We are delighted to receive a nomination for this award, particularly when we are celebrating a decade of the VINCI Park brand in the UK Innovation in customer service and technology lies at the heart of our operations, and we take great pride in working in partnership with our clients so it is tremendously satisfying for us to be shortlisted for this prestigious award"
