VINCI Park's Winning Start to 2009
With contract extensions at BAA Gatwick and Heathrow and Kinston-upon-Hull City Council already confirmed and the successful re-tender of a contract with Milton Keynes Partnership in Milton Keynes VINCI Park has enjoyed a stellar start to the year.
VINCI Park will manage 2016 space for Milton Keynes Partnership for the next three years, continuing a successful relationship which through working together has seen notice appeals reduce by 15% in a 12 month period. The process of upgrading the parking shop in Central Milton Keynes is currently underway and new software will be introduced that will allow customers to pay parking charges online from the spring of this year.
The two–year extension of on-street enforcement at Kingston-upon-Hull marks confidence in the services VINCI Park has provided since decriminalised parking enforcement was first introduced in the city in 2006.
In addition, BAA Gatwick has granted VINCI Park with a two-year extension to operate all 7,405 staff spaces and an additional extension of eight months to service 10,830 spaces across the BAA Heathrow estate.
The BAA extension win is particularly significant as in 2008 VINCI Park launched a highly acclaimed traffic marshalling service at BAA Gatwick.
Mark Evans, VINCI Park Chief Executive comments: “We’re delighted to renew our relationship with Milton Keynes Partnership, Kingston-upon-Hull City Council and BAA Gatwick and Heathrow, which reaffirms our commitment to building lasting relationships and delivering a high level of client satisfaction across many business sectors.”
“We are proud of our retention rates of nearly 80% and our ability to maintain client relationships that last, on average, well over a decade. Customer service lies at the heart of VINCI Park’s operations and we’ll continue to work together with our clients to provide innovation in customer service and meet their challenges by delivering flexible and adaptable parking solutions.”
