VINCI Park's annual internal employee awards scheme
The Smart Thinking Awards were launched in October 2008 to reward and recognise employees that have thought outside the box or gone that extra mile.
At VINCI Park we feel that all of our staff can make a difference, whatever their position within the business. The Smart Thinking Awards aims to visibly reward and recognise these staff for the whole organisation to see to give staff a sense of pride and achievement in what they have done.
By recognising achievements it allows great initiatives to be shared and implemented throughout the organisation, improving procedures, saving on costs and providing improved customer care.
Our clients also have the chance to have their say, by nominating VINCI Park employees or teams.
All finalists are invited to attend an awards ceremony which last year was held at The Wellcome Centre, London. Finalist's entries are presented to the audience and the winner of each category is announced. Winners are invited to the stage to collect their award and prize.
