£4.4m lifeline for West Suffolk Hospital
VINCI Park has masterminded an innovative investment programme that is of immediate benefit to West Suffolk Hospital. In return for a 7-year licence to operate all Trust car parking facilities, VINCI Park has made an up-front payment of £4.4 million to West Suffolk Hospital NHS Trust.
Besides transforming the Trust’s financial position, within a six month period VINCI Park will radically improve the image of car parking at the hospital for patients, visitors and staff, with an initial investment of around £200,000.
This investment will be used to introduce a Pay-on-Foot barrier system on the patient and visitor car park, a Parking Office and total re-branding of our car parks within the hospital.
This project is the first License-to-Operate Agreement with an up-front payment ever signed in the UK.
VINCI will start work on the site on 18th April.
