With only one in-house part-time car parking attendant and problems caused by heavy traffic peaks, The University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, decided to outsource its car park management to VINCI Park. We had just six weeks to upgrade the parking infrastructure before the start of the new University term. Work included laying 8,500m2 of new surfaces, five miles of new markings and installing 22 new pay and display machines. In addition, dual language signs had to be installed and the forthcoming changes communicated to drivers. Our coordinated solution meant that the project was completed on time and on budget.

The Mayfair Park Lane car park, designed and operated by an experienced VINCI Park team, is another example of our commitment to the highest standards. We manage the regular patrols and CCTV system, intercom points, lighting, signage and cleaning schedule to provide the highest service levels expected by users and residents in what is one of London’s most prestigious areas.
