Parking enforcement might be a local authority responsibility, but few have the internal resources to manage this function. VINCI Park is contracted by many authorities to provide parking enforcement technical, operational and professional expertise. We work closely with local authorities and other organisations to ensure the best approach for their community and its evolving needs.

A new IT system was also implemented, complete with bluetooth-enabled handsets providing car parking attendants with instant access to information through an online system. The result is a quicker response to queries and more detailed and flexible reporting systems.
